What Happens When You Call

Start by telling us what's going on. Maybe half the kitchen outlets went dead, the garage circuit won't stay on, or you want a car charger or a standby generator put in. We ask a few plain questions so we know which tools and parts to load on the truck. Then we pick a day for the service visit.

At the visit we look first, then explain what we found and your options before any work starts. If a permit and inspection are needed, we tell you up front and handle them as the local jurisdiction requires. Many people call ahead of summer heat or a spring storm stretch to get a panel, surge protection or a generator checked before they lean on it hard. That works well, since the visit can happen on your schedule instead of after something fails.

Have These Handy Before You Call

  1. A short description of the problem, when it started and whether it comes and goes.
  2. Which rooms, outlets or circuits are affected, and anything that changed recently, like a new appliance.
  3. The brand name on your panel door, if you can get to it easily.
  4. A few days and times that work for someone to be at your home.
